UNION BETWEEN WESTMORAY CHURCH OF SCOTLAND AND DYKE AND EDINKILLIE PARISHES

On Sunday 7 September in Forres St Leonard’s Church at 1030 there was a combined service of both the Urban and Rural sections of the Parish of West Moray Church of Scotland. After the service there will be a vote on the Basis of Union. A similar service was held at Dyke and Edinkillie. Both congregations voted for the union. At the Presbytery Conference on 10 September 2025 Presbytery voted to implement the union with effect from 1 October 2025. A service to mark the Union will be arranged in due course.
